1. Экономическая свобода - критерии оценки и российская динамика

В статье проводится анализ «Индекса экономической свободы», ежегодно публикуемого газетой «Уолл Стрит Джорнал» совместно с фондом «Херитидж». Особое внимание уделяется методологии, используемой для составления «Индекса…», также приводится сравнительная таблица так называемых «факторов экономической свободы» для четырёх стран: Германии, России, Бразилии и Нигерии. Также рассмотрено определение понятия «экономической свободы» в трактовке зарубежных авторов. This article comprises the analysis of the yearly Index of Economic Freedom, which is published by The Wall Street Journal in cooperation with The Heritage Foundation. The special emphasis is concentrated on the methodology used for the compilation of the Index, including the comparative table of so-called “economic freedom factors” for four countries: Germany, Russia, Brazil and Nigeria. The definition of “economic freedom”– as interpreted by the overseas authors – is also examined. 2. Статистический анализ инфраструктуры федеральных округов Российской Федерации

В статье проводится статистический анализ динамики таких показателей инфраструктуры, как ввод газовых сетей, строительство водопровода, общий объём введённых зданий, ввод в действие общей площади жилых домов, количество введённых зданий, плотность автомобильных дорог на 1000 кв.км, численность городских и сельских телефонных аппаратов, средняя стоимость строительства 1 кв. м. жилых домов, ввод тепловых сетей, ввод канализации, общие инвестиции в основной капитал, число автобусов общего пользования на 100 тыс. чел. На основании проведённого анализа с применением системы из двух критериев оценки сделан вывод о преобладании позитивных тенденций в динамике показателей инфраструктуры Российской Федерации. The article presents results of the statistical analysis of a range of infrastructure indicators: deployment of gas networks, deployment of water supply networks building, total volume of buildings constructed, total area of apartment houses constructed, quantity of the buildings constructed, highway density per 1000 sq. km, number of city and rural telephone sets, average cost of building 1 sq. m. in an apartment, deployment of thermal networks, deployment of sewer networks, total fixed capital investments, number of public buses per 100 thousand people. On the basis of the conducted analysis the system of two criteria is applied in order to achieve the conclusion concerning the prevalence of positive tendencies in dynamics of Russian Federation's infrastructure indicators.

3. Нобелевские лауреаты в области экономической политики

В статье сделана попытка каталогизировать высочайшие достижения современной теории экономической политики на основе исследований решений Нобелевского комитета о присуждении премий в области экономических наук и анализа выступлений Нобелевских лауреатов. The article makes an attempt to catalogue the highest achievements of the modern theory of economic policy based upon the research of the decisions of the Nobel committee to award the prize and the analysis of the Nobel prize lectures delivered by the laureates.
